I can't. Maybe 1/20th of the pepper in tiny tiny pieces. I've never gone crazy with chilis I always stay in the comfort zone, maybe I should push myself more.

yes you should push yourself - the best way to condition your body is to put one in your anus right before you leave the house in the morning.  your body will adapt.

Yes. I've done the death wing challenges, and ate some pretty fucking hot peppers. When we were on spring break in college, a buddy of mine was on MTV and he went shot for shot habenero sauce. He shit in the urnal at the bar, then when we got off the bus, he couldn't even make it to the hotel, he shit in the bushes. Hot peppers are not to be taken lightly.

different species of habaneros have difff degree of heat. I guess the OP needs to specify what type of habanero.

I have done tons of them for therapy/meditation...Very fun and easy. Light orange, whole pepper off stem in 1 bite, chewed and sloshed around mouth for 30 seconds.

A lot of endorphins, after about 10 mins I just turn out the lights and put on some Pink Floyd and actually trip out for about 20 minutes. Endorphins are amazing.
