that doest look like a tranny

no bulge

Trannies don't have a bulge.

Pre-ops tape their dicks & balls back under, to the point they often create a cameltoe in bikini bottoms.

Post ops - well - obviously.

In my defense - I have spend the past 16 years in Thailand.

Bump.

:-* Thx for the bump, had almost forgotten about this thread.

Freaky veins. I wonder if he now, dying/falling apart at the tender age of 45, think it was worth chasing a dream. A dream consisting of baby oils, schmoe wrestling in old motel rooms and signing supplement containers at expos.  :-\

Hard to say, but Palumbo is taking it easy for some years now, even if with his legendary dosages he probably has melted radioactive internal organs... Piana is on the juice non stop since the 90s (maybe longer), when you hear him talking you can hear a clear difficulty breathing, and he's red faced... I'd say Piana... (i take this thread as joking, i don't wish bad things for both of them)

palumbo has the keto diet thing to worry about with kidneys, but at least he dropped the puffy, bloodpressure raising bw.

piana? still a bit puffy, but has some money, so I'd guess he can afford to get checkups regular.

I'd be worried about long term bp issues more than anything. wouldn't worry much about the drug use
