he's been around long time,peaked in 2000's size wise/best possible physique he could get.if this is personal goal at 40 plus to achieve his best look in 40's god bless,his delts/wideness looks impressive but look at his forearms they are small can't tell rest from there,but arms are never strong point..wish him well/luck..

Yes, besides my own, it's the only other one I go too. Been there since 2005. Not some corporate bullshit gym.

I just saw part if that video with Abbas. It bums me out that he's training there. That's that little private training studio around the corner from MetRx on Newport Blvd. He needs to go to a place with some atmosphere and intensity.
