hope you can hit the weights for some more Years !!! 


"if you really like something, the motivation is always still there to do it again and again...."

keep care of your joints, tendoms & ligaments....an injury past 60 "cost" more muscle than one in your "20´s".
so do your Workouts hard & but also clever....in 13 Years i like to congratulate you again (at 75.....and still pumping)

When training shoulders,don't go too heavy and using too much of your momentum.
