BUT...
You're counting 100% of people killed in CHI versus a small % of people killed in the two countries...
Count the "tourists" killed in CHI. That'd be something more accurate. I mean really... I can't even get into how stupid this comparison really is... comparing crime in a bad city with the selected # of an invading force killed in wartime.
Seriously, I feel like just pondering the discussion for 20 seconds has lowered my IQ by 20 points. I'm going to have to go watch the history channel for an hour just to break even again.
