Lou had an incredible physique for any height. But he was 1.94 cm! That is unbelivable...

Structure was decent, nothing exceptional, arms looked small on his body, very weak triceps, average shoulders, legs so so, shitty calves... Never impressed by his early 90s comeback, looked like a keg-waisted giant fridge with no standout bodyparts, plus those funky calves... Ferrigno was never ever 6'5 or 6'4, look at that picture with Dillett, who is a 6' footer himself, peak Ferrigno was between 6'2 and 6'3, nothing more... He looked far better in the 70s and 80s, where he was able to sport a decent sized waist with great size overall...

FERRIGNO IS OVERRATED, WOULD NOT BEAT ZANE, HANEY etc after arnold retired. OVERRATED.

Agreed... Lol at Ferrigno beating Haney, and even with a way smaller Zane the win was not guaranteed... Overrated, Arnold had far better muscle bellies and structure, no contest...

Swap heads, illusion... Dillett owned him on the 1993 Olympia stage, he had wider shoulders and looked 100 times freakier, even at considerably less bodyweight...

Lou looks great and his wife is a real beauty too. He is one of the all time greats of bodybuilding. As Bing Crosby said when asked about Frank Sinatra, "A Sinatra comes along once in a lifetime. Why did it have to be my lifetime?"

Same story for Lou with Arnold.

Having said that, Lou has nothing to really be ashamed of with his career and life. I still would have chosen him over Yates in the Mr. Olympia, and especially over Robinson for the Masters Olympia but then I'm not a judge. It's my hope he lives a long and healthy life with his beautiful wife and family.
