I love this bodybuilding thing nowadays. I just cannot take any gear anymore so I am doing it the best way I can. Once you erase size from the mind you focus on leanness and overall proportionate development. I may not look good on a stage in a competitive environment but am ok in real life and with clients.

Good idea cause you look the same no matter if you take steroids or not, all those years of training and you have no v-taper no shoulders, the only thing you have is abs and thats only because you are more skinny than an aids patient.

It affects my mental and spiritual work. I am ok a little smaller but ripped.. should be around 175lbs at most in peak condition
