I find them quite good to drink while working out.  They block the reuptake of tryptophan I believe, and by that mechanism they keep me from getting tired.  I can easily go 20-30 minutes longer before I start to feel fatigued.

I just use whatever cheap ones I can find, currently using Primaforce instantized that I found....90 servings for $25 at www.smartpowders.com

Otherwise, I know a lot of people like Xtend, which is $30 for 45 servings on Amazon.

I was using Xtend. Nothing but the best in my quest for natty perfection!

 come off everything for two months, (none of this trt  bullshit) and eat what you want. You'll notice the scale will be the same for the most part. You might actually start to think your maintaining. your size. But Only until you post pictures of yourself next to someone else on shit, in really good shape   do you begin to fathom that you really look bad.

You're supposed to. I just mixed it with my creatine (oh brother) and PWO (oh brother, again) before my workout. These days, I don't do any of that shit anymore.

I have a small container of creatine in my kitchen that has 5 grams of special Chinese "bcaa" powder mixed into it.

They're not cheap but provide a good additional boost when dieting hard, so I totally believe flint. Natural is best!
