They would have to rewrite his whole story all over. Unless they did some type of alternate universe story.
Now, when batman's back was broken he was nursed back to health by a black female doctor, and I believe they had a short romance.

I would like to see the 1995 Pro Ironman version of Aaron Baker compared with the 1995 Mr Olympia version of Dorian Yates. That would be interesting.
