I've seen lots of guys like him squat 500 for reps. And by squat I mean load the bar up, prance around the gym to get everyone's attention, unrack the bar and do a screaming quarter rep, re-rack the bar and act like they've accomplished something.

I was so sure it was coming since I'd complimented him on his amazing strength many times and he always promised to post one.


His 130lb db incline press for 10+ reps was the video I really was looking forward to though, especially with his 'bad shoulders'.

He also claimed 100 kg x 8 on seated shoulder press, which seemed dubious.

Lol yes,  I've lost count of the times when I had gotten into a fistfight, only to best my opponent by out-squatting him.  Thank goodness my legs were strong

Any idea how much squatting improves your striking?

I don't know where you train and who with but we got guys doing 6-8 plates each side for fun all day long.
