No. People don't have a right to see a candidate's medical records. They can decide not to vote for a candidate who won't release his medical records, but that's not the same thing as having a right to see those records.

In 2008, the VP candidate had a history of casual sex with college basketball player (potential for HPV and other diseases) and erratic behavior from college to career to positions on issues.  People had a right to see sexual disease & antidepressant use.

Repubs were IDIOTS in 2008 when they just 'trusted' a one paragraph summary of palin's health.  Whoring around with college athletes, one night stands, and the low confidence that comes with being used like that - if this person is suffering HPV or prescribed anti-depressants, then YES, Americans deserved to know.

Repubs were IDIOTS in 2008 when they allowed a few reporters to "browse" mccains health notes quickly and took doc's word that he was totally fine.  He was having senior moments left and right.  He kept having mysterious band-aids over his old cancer spots from "bumping his head on limo", a weak lame excuse that repubs just swallowed.  HOWEVER, it slowly eroded confidence in the ticket. 

Dems are IDIOTS if they don't want a hilary brain scan in 2016.

In 2016, americans should DEFINITELY have access to a brain scan and EKG, mental health evaluation, lung CT scan, blood work, etc of EVERY candidate.  Nothing that'd make the candidate vulnerable, just standard stuff... but seriously, you want to hold the nuclear football and control what happens with our retirement funds - but we aren't allowed to ask if they are on SSRIs or are battling cancer for a 5th time?  It's silly,.

especially when you look at dudes like Tsongas, who would have died in office, who hid sickness.
Or JFK, living on painkillers.   FDR was on cocaine for sinus issues the day of pearl harbor.  And does Reagan win in 84 with a Brain scan?  He doesn't even get the nomination - he was senile and stammering during the 84 debates - dementia was obvious.
