If this conspiracy theory is FALSE, Jay's camp won't respond.

it's the over-reaction that always gives away if the theory is true. If Jay and his camp are laughing about the "delusional haters claiming my biceps is fake", then you'll know they're nervous and trying to pre-empt the story. You can usually tall which CTs have some truth to them - when the reaction is this huge, overblown pre-denial to try to get people to dismiss the story before even looking at it, well, they are usually pretty guilty.

Look Jay's the king of the hill and he'll use all of the weider principles to stay there, he shows no mercy to the iron. At the end of the day though I'll admit that genetics plays a role: Jay probably couldn't get below 250 unless he was starving.
