Yes I am this is september 2011 after training for couple months (before hand I did not have a gym routine at all) shortly after this pic I got on the mighty dianabol, didnt touch injects until may 2012

The same presence is with me now but I am not consistent with spiritual practices, I will close my eyes and meditate spontaneously or gaze at nature to still my mind. Some day I will take it seriously again.

I am aware bodybuilding poses a challenge to seeing oneself as one with the universe when you have to think about oneself as the body and being judged and compared to other bodies.

I grew up with meditation at a young age. Yes I was a competitive bodybuilder 16-20.
