Sorry for not seeing the reply....alone. Donny Thompson and Clint Darden both have vids that show how to put them on over the harder to reach places. I just tie off above and below my elbow if its really bothering me. I also use elbow sleeves and Mark Bell's compression bands...they seem to do the trick.
