So i went to their site to get some stuff. Put them into the cart and if you buy over a $100 you get free shipping. The first version of the cart showed a shipping charge of $9 something and a tax of $7 so i hit recalculate and the shipping charge turns zero but the tax charge changes to $14. I go to sndcanada and order the same stuff and the subtotal lines up the same as it did on canadiansuppliments but the tax stays the same when i redeem the free shipping. Tax rate is $7 and no additions once i get free shipping. Could be a software glitch? I go back to canadiansuppliments and redo the entire order and once again the tax charge goes up afte i claim free shipping.Looks like they're hiding shipping charge in the tax charge. |

um no your provincial tax rate is 14%... the default rate when you do not set a location is 8 or 7% |

It could be harmonized GST & PST which are sometimes calculated afterwards on all charges including shipping. |
