Just wondering....136lbs ripped (natural) or 160lbs (natural) w/ 2X broken foot & ankle.  What do ya think?  I am planning my future here.

Yesterday, my doc said that I am overweight. Really?  Just got over a 2X broke foot/ankle & a year off from the gym in the 2nd pic. :)  Btw, not looking for attention & this is a discussion board right?
