Grundy is a funny guy, he was the last person I thought would have turned out a fighter, he was pretty quiet around the old city gym back in the day, but saying that besides the majority gay clientele you had quite a few hard heads in that gym, quite a few who have been murdered since or are doing life, better to go to Venice to showboat than to do it there late 90s.

It looks like Synthol.  It doesn't look like scar tissue.  I've pinned my triceps hundreds of times, and they don't look like oilbags.

Not that I know of. (schmoework)He is very busy working. He did get his shit together. Does  work in movies, commercials. Ive seen the other Grundy so this is  really good. He also is in to mma fighting. Trains a lot .The rest of his time he spends  with his daughter. He is a really good dad. Im happy for Guy.

To be fair if earnie Taylor when questioned about the weigh he used in this picture for tricep extensions said yes the weights were real which is clearly a lie... Why couldn't he lie about his triceps which by the way I have no opinion on what is or isn't in there
