Now I just find him annoying.... Why would a pro bber need some guy who speculates in traing arms and mostly arms to hell with anything else, why does Kai need him to scream at him, ct felt her could teach me nothing .. At all ... Ok he's genetically gifted arm wise ok what else is he bringing to the table zero chest back legs etc.... Why are people so bamboozled by arms .....
Disappointing video
I don't think CT can train legs that hard anymore---squats, etc due to the stints and health issues. Squats raise blood pressure dramatically. And that might play into heavy benching as well. Really, I think CT is about motivation---motivating himself and others. What you are seeing is showmanship and really probably a need to to motivate himself. When you have a ton of health issues dealing with your heart, and you like the iron game (because it is in your blood), arms and his obsession with arms is about damn near what you do.
His yelling is what it is, and that is his "thing", so he is not going to stop when Kai is in there, or even if Ronnie or Phil was on there.
