Well, this doesn't count for shit, then.

Get on free weights, or at least in a smith machine and try 220kgs.

Everybody has seen your pictures and it doesn't take an expert to roughly guess your "strenght".

You can even do 140kgs for reps, stop throwing around big numbers.

i never claimed to do 140 barbell for reps. you typify idiots on the internet arguing about something that wasnt said int he first place.

Just trained chest
HAMMER DECLINE
3 warm up sets with 2 a side
1 set with 3 a side
1 set with 3.5 a side
1 set with 4 a side for 19 reps, paused for 30 seconds then 8 more reps
final set only managed 10 reps

4 a side =80k a side right?

This is what i mean, don't think you would be doing 19 reps with 4 plates on free weights, it's simply a different world and not remotely comparable.

HAHA funny thing is denarii can do one rep, you do 19, and you are not the kind of guy who tries to train heavy.

And warm up with 2 plates each side, that is not happening on free weights for gym rats, just to put everything into perspective.

I don't think denarii could do 2 and half plates on free weights.

Thank you for this very useful post.

Agreed, I would  go on a bar and put two a side on, just not worth the risk of a tear to go any higher.

I normally do the hammer with 3 a side tops, just do them slower and use the weight to fatigue the muscle rather than simply lifting it as many times as i can.

yeah i normally warm up light, hit the max and then do drop sets to a couple of volume sets. they dont have hammer decline where i go now.

i said on hammer decline the most i have done is five and a half plates, ie 220kgs of weight. but i changed gyms and my current one only has the incline one.

Ever heard of leverage?

Or a pulley block?

i realize you are a moron, but i have never made a claim about free weights as i dont press the barbell as it previously hurt my rotator cuff and i find dumbbells and machines easier on it. i might try it again but as of now i dont use it.

I think you have no clue who you are speaking to when you use that tone of voice.

You should bow down and apologize, and maybe you will be spared.

From now on think twice before air escapes that cock sucker of yours.

Fuck your thread.

Almost as worthless as its OP.

And lol at posting a vid of you repping four plates on a hammer.

Maybe a cool video if you doing some really heavy upright rows or perhaps your PR on the leg extension.

Managed it for 1 rep today. The inclined chest press, not the declined one. I have done 5 1/2 plates declined before. But 4 is now my pb on the inclined  one.

Great, how often do you shave your vagina?

You know the guy at the gym that throws around heavy weight, not really doing anything at all? He is also the same guy that goes consistantly for years but never really looks any different?
