Hahahaha yes i have clear evidence he's the type of "guy" who goes to the gayest neigboorhood in town and visits some clubs, goes to the Body Sculpture museum and at the end of the day he visits video store "Men of passion" walks in and says to the video store owner "He stud, i was wondering if you have the new Mr Olympia video in your collection.. and for the record i'm not gay at all but i assumed you guys likes oiled muscled men in thongs" and when the owner begins to speak Tom Joad interrups him and says "Oh wait here it is" but sir that's the Chippendale on tour dvd"
"Hmm the Olympia competitors looks very small this year but the acts seems to be a lot more special... i take it!!" as he drops his money in the owners hands and runs out of the store.

Actually my joints are a little sore i am going to ease off squats for a while and just do leg press and hack squats, 10 plates on each side of the leg press.
By the way i would embrass you in the gym imagine a 175 lbs bodybuilding outsquating you.

HAHAHAHAH, well thats great, because the white hockey players at my gym lift that [10 plates, for leg press] like a joke.
For real 10 per side on leg press isn't that much, so go back to your squats.

knees to chest, slow reps with no bouncing for 10 plates per side, is damn good.
