Happy New Year Bodybuilding and Fitness fans!
I was in an independent movie called “SWEAT” in 2000 that got press in Flex magazine, Steel Pulse magazine, and many websites. I got to go to the Tampa Bay film festival and the Ft. Lauderdale film festival. 7 years later it is going to DVD on sale today 01/02/07 and is also on Netflix.com for rental. There hasn’t been another bodybuilding/ fitness themed movie out in decades. I went on with my diet after the movie and placed 2nd in the middleweight class at the WNSO (drug tested) World Championships in Canada that year. The movie also features another well know Miami, Fl. bodybuilder Silk Manning and others. Check it out. I hope you like it.
If you can’t find it your local video store they should be able to get it for you. Quite a few websites are selling it.
