Actually, I preferred Platz as well in 1981 but would have been happy if Danny took it. But Franco? The life long Sardinian
side kick to Arnold -- no way! Not even close. Maybe the 1976 version but he was never the same after the leg injury.

its very hard to find a weak spot on padilla,franco looked like he was very blocky in alot of poses.where danny looked like a a artist sculpted out a beautiful statue of a perfectly developed human being,no disrespect to franco,he was a beast also n will always be remembered for that lat spread from hell

He said that more than once in interviews. The only one I can cite right now is the fantastic interview he did with David Young in the March 2004 issue of IronMan. He said he was over 200lbs for that Night of The Champions.

I've seen him in person on the street in Manhattan. I really believe 5'2" is overly generous.
