The market may have recovered but not housing prices.  Spending 900k for a 600k house doesn't make any since and its not the type of house that you can rent out for the amount.  Rich is good to dump the place

Housing prices haven't recovered?  Maybe not in your bumfuck area, but in many areas, the rise from 2010 to present has been dramatic.  Not to 2006 levels, but in my area, prices are 50%+ higher then they were 4 years ago

True...but banks are just as responsible and quite frankly, they made a shitload of money not only from the interest and payment but the houses themselves that they foreclosed on.  I'm partially responsible for it as well when I worked for HomeGold Financial....I couldn't tell you how many people I refinanced their loans on just to balloon them to 15-20% 6 months later.

Boss living with ex and gf very Titus like. House is worth 647k no reason to sell it for less smells fishy...Market slowed a little in cal but should have no problem getting 6-650k look at the neighbors prices
