STRONG MOFO...I LEARNED HIGHER REPS FOR DELTS MODERATE TO HEAVY WEIGHT RELATIVE TO ME ,HI REPS BURNS THEM ..
I do a combo... presses as heavy as i can go followed by extreme lightweight volume/form on lateral raises/fromt raises
So ill do the 85s for 3x8-6-4... then move to side laterals with 15s, doing a slow raise and controlled slow negative, 4x15, then fronts 15 4x15, etc.
