Why not hire the trainer? Clearly, he has all of the knowledge you need. And at 6', 250@8% he clearly has the 20" cannons that tell you he means business.

Halo, the trainer is your man.

Trainer, I expect a 10% finder's fee on this.

I saw pics of you and I would be happy with your arm size.
At your current state I guess you should use some tricks to shock your arms.

How about giving your arms their own day [biceps before triceps and then forearms]. Forearm training is important, too.
Set arms on priority for a few months, before other body parts.
Train arms twice a week in the 8-15 rep with less than 1 minute rest between sets to get a good pump.
Use wide grips and close grips, dont do what you do on a regular basis.

What helped me were the fat gripz and fat gripz extreme. A lot of people told me its shit, but I had good results with it.
Its worth a try and not that expensive. Just a suggestion.

Like I said above you have a very good arm development.
I dont think a coach knows more than you already know.
Why dont you train with a partner who forces out a few reps and a bit competition could help also.

We have both in my gym including fat bars. Sucks my hands are too small for the FG Extreme.

what makes me sad is not that ^^^

but what makes me sad i know there are no secrets exercise techniques, programming, dietary super insights..

just more drugs...

probably..

Youre paying for knowing which type of drugs and how to manipulate your body conditions through food and drug usage.... and in some cases access to said drugs

Have you tried fat grip rotating dbells?  I find them much better than the FG attachment.

Jesus, I would love to have that guy work with me for a year if I could be as dialed in as that Tom dude. I'd even take the little legs to look like that for a few days.

Great dude. I've had some dealings with him and he's a class act. Reasonable prices too, if you're not doing a full blown contest prep.

I'm in the same area as him. Maybe I will use his services some day.

Highly unlikely I think you meant to use the services of this guy.

Bullshit and the reason so many guys look like shit and have no clue what they're doing

Bullshit yourself. Inject a buttload of sterops, Lift moderate weights like a baboon (form is irrelevant (see pro's current workouts)), eat a shit ton of food, masturbate up to 10 times daily. That pretty much sums up bodybuilding.

Oh & almost forgot, fuck a watermelon & grapefruit then post it on youtube.

Some people want to bypass the whole trial and error thing and get straight to it, those people can usually benefit from a coach.
