for what its worth for 13 $$ u.s,, sixstar 'muscletech'knock off 'no fury pills 3 before working out gives u great vascularity and good pump with some carbs in you .arginine and citrulline in it...and agmatine standalone not in some preworkout formulas gives u same effect too and its cost friendly.
