31 and life
(1/1)
Tyr:
John Koppenhaver, also known as War Machine, the former UFC and Bellator fighter who was recently the subject of a manhunt in relation to a violent attack on his on-again-off-again girlfriend, adult film star Christy Mack, now faces the potential of life in prison.

Following an appearance in court Wednesday, the Las Vegas Review Journal reported that Koppenhaver now faces a total of 31 criminal charges, dating back to May of last year.

Among the charges Koppenhaver will be on trial for are attempted murder, sexual assault, battery, coercion, preventing or dissuading a witness or victim from reporting a crime, and first-degree kidnapping resulting in substantial bodily harm.

He faces the possibility of life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Also worth noting, the judge stated that she will refer to Koppenhaver by exactly that name, not taking part in his childish power fantasy and calling him War Machine, regardless of any legal name change.

to be honest with yous i met him twice and he was a really cool dude with everyone,i guess hes one of those dudes who just snap(bi-polar) in a blink of an eye.its obvious hes unbalanced and needs help mentally, id say put him in mental institution for afew years under proper guidance and medicine and see how he responds, when people r sick they need help,to throw them in jail for life is not the answer.its like the war veterans that come home from iraq, they have trouble coping sometimes and need help,u just dont throw them in prison and say fuck them, them guys where good enough to lay their lives on the line every day in iraq but what, not good enough to give them the proper mental help they need?
