I mean, he is just flowing... all these facts about how energetic hilary is... obvious lies from everything we've seen. And he's super believable. When Ben Carson or Herman Cain or Bernie lied, it was always shaky, always with a tell, always clear when they were making up shit on the fly. not kaine. He could pass a polygraph, I'm sure of it.
If he becomes president, look for an entire new level of people being duped. He's a brilliant liar.
