I like to have some calories in me before I train...at least 2-3 meals that usually takes me utnil about 1 or 2 in the afternoon so I train then.
what time do you guys work out and when is the best time to workout currently i work out at 5 a.m. 5 days a week i found i lose more fat while getting stronger and i recover alot faster when im stuffing down eight meals throughout the day
