There are people down here that get a full EBT card ($300) for $75. The person with it shows up and goes shopping with you for whatever you need and pays with the card, you give them $75 outside the store.
Seems like once a month you hear of a convenience store that gets cited and fined for allowing people to use the cards to purchase lottery tickets.
