I found eq to be deca light. No blood pressure issues for me but no great gains. Had a friend took it with 25mg dbol and he blew up.

Try acupuncture it helped my shoulder and I was able to go back to heavy pressing.

i do close grip at shoulder with, any narrower is asking for problems and gives no benefit for triceps

i dont do conventional bench because i dont wanna tear my pecs, for chest i do dumbel pressing and plate loaded pressing machine (some sort of hammer pressing machine) and of course flies, cable work.....

It was diagnosed as tendonitis of the supraspinatus, which has a direct lead to the teres minor at the insertion point of my lat. I had some fuck painful acupuncture in my teres minor and it gave me a little relief. These days, I work the teres minor with a lacrosse ball and get the same relief.

Same. DB presses, ring work and dips for chest (taking some time off from dips because of my shoulder). Close grip benches for tris, but I def feel it in my shoulder.
