_aj_ starting to get interested in this "EQ"
I can barely do sets of two wheels in close grip. Of course, a lot of that has to do with my fucked up left shoulder.
i do close grip at shoulder with, any narrower is asking for problems and gives no benefit for triceps
i dont do conventional bench because i dont wanna tear my pecs, for chest i do dumbel pressing and plate loaded pressing machine (some sort of hammer pressing machine) and of course flies, cable work.....
