LOL, Im not a groupie, Im his friend you retard.His left arm didnt move right in his video because it was the hematoma that he drained a week later. his arms flex & move fine before that and now.Ill try this aain,SYNTHOL doesnt work! a few pros might disagree with you.

as for his "size" being from site injections of steroids... the amounts he would have had to put in each arm to get that size would be ridiculous and usually any size you get from that is just localized swelling which goes away in a few days.

im no expert but i would have to say synthol is the only way they got that big. he should just admiit it if he is so honest like you say...and has been about most of his past.

Sterods work much better because of localised growth as well as stretching the sheeth of the muscle from the oil base .Synthol only streches the sheeth and it does it poorly.Greggs arms were over 27 inches, its one thing for synthol to add a half inch or even an inch but not 6 inches.Val had 21 inch arms naturally and anyone who knows him for years will tell you that fact.

so you think snythol wont add 6 inches but steroid site injections in his arms will?

if its not just synthol crammed in there then why are they so lumpy and unbalanced. each one looks way different than the other.

I think Greg had a lot of scar tissue already built up over the years in his arms from injecting vitamin B. I think when he did a lot of oil based steroids it really just added up into that tissue. Look at the piriformis of most bodybuilders. It looks like fat, but really it's just a build up of scar tissue and oil. Same thing happened w/ Greg's arms. If you continue to localize a shot, then you will increase the damage to that area. You need to remember that the oil in oil based steroids collects just as synthol does.
