Jamo Nezzar sends training tips out - hope you enjoy them.

Here as usual your weekly healthy tips from yours truly Jamo

Training Tip :

If you feel you\'ve reached a plateau with a certain body part, it\'s time for you to get creative and vary your routine by incorporating different exercises or new ones you\'ve never done before.  You can also change the order of exercises in your workouts for each body part.

Another good way to blast through a plateau is to take time off from the gym and rest.  It sometimes seems illogical that you\'ll make more progress by staying away from the gym, but often it\'s true.  The best way to \\"rest\\" away from the gym is through active recovery.  Active recovery involves outside activities like hiking, tennis, soccer, football etc...  Any physical activity you enjoy that doesn\'t involve lifting weights in the gym is fair game.  Skipping a few workouts, or even an entire week from  the gym, will often result in a fresher physical and mental attitude.  So when you return to the gym with renewed energy and enthusiasm, you obliterate your previous sticking points with ease.

Nutrition Tip :

The BERRY POSSE

The superpower of all berries (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries): they protect your heart, enhance your eyesight for more focus and improve your balance and coordination.  They\'re also good antioxidants, rich in fiber and vitamin C.  This berry posse can also help prevent cravings and compulsive eating.

Since it\'s valentine Day...it\'s ok for Guys and Girls to INDULGE with a little Chocolate.  There are plenty of jamcoretraining.com routines to work off the extra calories.  So enjoy yourself.
