see true conditions but people there were saying Kai
was on and Phil was off.
For the 1st time since the 2009 Olympia I can say
Kai Greene beat Phil Heath straight up at that prejudging.
Kai is dry and hard plus his waist is flat.
Phil is distended and the worst condition he's ever been in.
Even though Kai won the 2010 ASC against Phil I couldn't say
Phil was not better.
Last year at the Arnold Europe many said Kai beat Phil and I said
"If his stomach wasn't so distended; Yea, but it was".
BUT Kai beats him straight up at this Olympia so far.

Kai was noticeably smooth at the beginning of prejudging and Phil wasn't , Wolf is in fantastic condition but he's flat and smaller than usual , Rhoden is holding water as well and looked better last year.

i thought the results were blatantly evident. Kai demolished everybody tonight and did something ridiculous in his prep this year. he's so dialed in. i keep saying "i didn't expect this", because i was so adamant that Phil would win before the O.

and i was so wrong.

tomorrow will be fun. the real prep does start now. but this is a sport i know well.... and based off what i saw at the end... this is Kai's contest to lose. he has the potential to come in... unreal at the event. literally, unreal.

this is the worst Phil has looked during his entire career. Didnt make any improvements and isnt nearly as hard or detailed. Kai looks better but we all know how bbing works

I'm not naive enough to believe Kai's antics the last two days

if we remember last year, Phil lost the prejudging, tightened up and won the finals. I am a Kai fan but the one that impressed me most was Rhoden. Overall package has improved. Nice to see branch back in the mix as well.
