he's right and you're wrong. olive oil has a terrible 6:3 ratio (13:1), which is the most important component in assessing omegas.

halo, coconut oil is converted into medium-chain triglycerides almost instantly in the body, which means that it burns effectively and will not be stored as fat. otherwise, if you are concerned with omega 3, which does help to burn fat as well, add some bone in, skin on salmon, or herring/sardines. clean protein, clean fats.

So you tell me that I am wrong  them turn and agree with me and your only objection is that the omega 3 content is not very high and you also agree that is helps to burn fat, I guess you are suffering from alzheimer.

prince anabol,

bro

it makes no difference if you eat carbs or fats...

don't worry, choose either

choose neither

doesn't matter

very few things "contribute", almost none of them are subtleties

Pure coconut oil has many uses. It is great to cook with and it is good for your skin as a lotion. You must get food grade coconut oil though. I use it in the summer to keep my skin from drying out and to keep it soft. It also helps with scarring. I used it on my stomach after I had surgery and I have no scars as a result.

i eat like half fat, 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs these days.  compared to eating high carbs and low fat, i never noticed a difference.  i never did super low carb long enough to make a judgment on that style.

i don't bother eating strictly "bodybuilding" foods anymore, either:

greek yogurt, fruit, mayonnaise, etc.

again, no difference.  if anything, i'm leaner now than the days when i adhered to 3x as many "bodybuilding diet" rules:

(^ too bad the pic is blurry; great lat striations i had never seen before.  dressing room lighting ;D)

brutal washed out lighting, and still detailed:

i admit though, if i were juicing and trying to get bigger, i would probably try to get as many of the extra calories from carbs.  fatty foods are kind of "worrisome" in that you get tons of calories but don't feel like you actually ate anything.

anabolichalo, for instance, good fats are good for ur hair, skin, blood sugar levels - which i'd put some emphasis on it since your carb intake is pretty high with high glycemic foods like rice, insulin sensitivity, immune system, reduced heart disease risk, stronger bones, better brain function etc  :)

That's a pretty sick build. You're around 6'4ft as well aren't you?
I prefer the tall, lean and athletic builds over the stumpy, overly muscular look. Looks far more impressive in person.

The best oils for bodybuilders first for muscle its fish oil or flaxseed oil, for cooking its coconut oil, coconut oil is also great for jerking off and it awesome for anal sex I think its better than expensive lube.

Good looking food and very good build.  How many calories do you tend to eat?

All that dieting and the end result is you look like an average skinny dude who does push ups.

Seems like a stinky and messy situation. Obviously, you overdid the olive oil.
