Are you not understanding what this thread is about? Coach looks like a Master's Division bodybuilder in that pic. The Effervescent has Hollywood good looks and could pass for 18.

Sounds like u have a thing for grionk? Are there things??

18? 19? Come on. He looks good but u can't be serious? Maybe 30's which is still good

If he could, why doesn't he? Besides, there is more here than just physique. We're talking skin quality, hair line, the projection of youthfulness. The Effervescent is 50 and looks 19.

"Why doesn't he"? Why should I when you can only hold a certain level of conditioning for so long? Hair? I have my hair and the only gray I have is on my head. I don't ware clothes that are tight and too small for me. Skin quality? Lol.

I have no desire that level of narcissism. I don't go to clubs, I'm not single.

You forgot to add that a 50 year old man in a nightclub is either the owner or a total fucking embarrassment who needs to grow up.

Hardcore year round juicing for vanity reasons at 50. Only reason I can think of people doing this, is that the "muscle" is the only thing they have going for them. Pretty sad actually. Props to coach for not getting caught in this.

People getting up in the morning and taking a shower and shaving , putting on nice clean clothes for vanity reasons.

I didn't know taking a shower and shaving had the same negative health effects as trenbolone year round.  ::)

Translation = I too continue to enlarge my prostate at 50.  ;D

We all have to die of something, who wants to sit around an old folks home getting punched in the face every morning by shit head care workers who just see you as a daily chore, an obstacle of some kind to overcome.

True, better be dead before that happens I agree.

BTW, if I remember correctly, don't you advocate working out with light weights to decrease stress on the body? To reduce injury risk?
Exactly the same argument can be used for this issue.

Not really, nothing ages you faster and puts you in a home is the inability to get around on your own.
Using huge weights is a one way trip to infirmity.
Shuffling around on crutches ages anyone.

They expect you to dress up like a Guicci Model while you are training and teaching weightlifting techniques to a bunch of athletes.

There are those who are content with their state in life, and there are others (particularly females it must regrettably be said) that try way too hard to look younger than they are.

Glad to see that Coach has the correct outlook.
