Arnold probably heard Jay went full "fruitcake" and now doesn't really respect him. Arnold would have had more respect for Jay if he stayed married, had a kid or two and kept his fruitcaking in the closet where it belongs...
Arnold is smart. If there's going to be any top BBers that are likely to be a mess in the media in the coming year, Arnold knows. He knows who to pose with, who to avoid. Cutler corners him, he can't run, but he can look away so they don't appear buddy-buddy.
Seriously, with the violence that comes with many pros, the erratic behavior, the risk of arrest... would be wise for Arnold to avoid posing with most.
