Hi,
I have great success with dieting and getting lean.  My biggest downfall is getting dry on game day.  All through my diet I seem to stay very dry as i consume mass amounts of water, but as soon as i start cutting i puff.  if anybody would be kind enough to share their last week prep or some tips please do.

Homer,

Please list your "last week" diet, depletion and loading.....sound like there is still a good amount of salt somewhere in your diet and with the water reduction you are in reality retaining...

i worked with someone to try and fix this problem.  we did 2 shows within 2 weeks.  the 1st show i was really holding some water.  the second we went harsh on the sodium reduction and the diuretics.  I looked better, but still holding water in my hams and back.  it sux when you lose all the bodyfat and it gets trashed by excess water.  i thought i was the most dry in the AM during the diet.
