I train my left leg on monday and my right leg on tuesday.It's called 'isolation'.
6' 228lbs 27 3/4 at biggest point and I only do really slow front squats going up to about 185lbs for 12 sets, nothing else. I usually stop squats and go to leg curls/extensions 8 weeks out because the upper body is lagging.
