Yes, you're right, they shouldn't pay experienced trainer 500$ if they can afford it, they should listen to gym broscientists telling them "not to go bellow parallel". Maybe you haven't noticed, but some people have a degree, respectable job and actually can fucking afford to pay up to 1000$ to teach them how to train because if they invested that time to figure it out by themselves they would loose MORE money because 1 hour of their work is more valuable than 1 hour of Rippetoes. This is how it works my dear, you don't have to clean your house yourself - you pay someone to do it.

I was doing legs today and almost didn't squat cause I figured if the golden eagle didn't show me personally how to squat I mustve been doing it wrong after all these years ::)this aint no diss towards tom cause hes a legend but im pretty sure there r tons of guys out there that know how to squat correctly and im pretty confident I learned the right way after 30 plus yrs of lifting
