While were at it let's just compare Doug to Samir too. Franks holding his own I'm sure Doug who is shorter more ripped and weighs more could easily blow Samir away. Oh and by the way next time try posting the original pic, you know the one that's not photo shopped from hell and back. If you blow it up you can see where all the lines are drawn. In fact his whole entire lower body has been drawn in with fake cuts and shadowing. Notice the lighting is casting a shadow directly behind him.

Definitely natty. Probably doesn't even overdo the creatine to avoid bloating. I seen naturals build these physiques on hard work, swordfish burgers, and by training their torsos with the Hedgewood system between 2pm and 4.03pm.
