FFS eat a steak.
People say that, but they also have to understand some of us have to work and can't eat a steak/chicken breast/etc... whenever we need to. So protein powders become a staple for quick and easy nutrition.
I personally hate drinking protein powder on its own so I make stuff out of it (puddings, pancakes, muffins, etc...) but sometimes if I'm really slammed at work I'll mix up some isolate with almond milk or water and chug it down real quick.
That being said, the best tasting isolates I've tried are Precision I-Plx, but they're expensive, so right now I have the GNC Pro Performance AMP (chocolate) and Power Whey Isolate (chocolate peanut butter).
I still have some banana Isoflex left over, but I have to mix it with PB2 or another powder because it tastes awful. Never getting fruit flavoured protein again.
