Yes God is very cruel. The poor man had to endure years of God stopping him from exercising, and then to top it off God force fed him cheeseburgers and coca cola every night.

If that wasn't bad enough, once the poor man had lost 150 pounds, God took away the elasticity of his skin just to remind him of his disobedience.

Is this a real picture? Congratulations to him for his weight loss if it is real. I have only seen people with this problem so bad on TV and they end up getting surgery paid by the TV channel, such as on RTL here in Germany. There was a show where people were coached for a year by a personal trainer and if they reached their target normally they got an op paid  if they had hanging stretched skin like in the Pic here.
