Nice. 

Did a good one this am.  A lot of pulling and towing the trx w 5 45's attached to it, stairs, tires, kb swings, farmer carries, etc

Wish I had a partner to do that shit.

90 Minutes w 40lb ruck

10x   -  one arm row each arm and tire flip

Bear Crawl w Double Sandbag (120 and 150 lb) drag through - 30 yards - SUCKED!   

Prowler Sled - Burpee and Push Out - 30 yards

Push 45lb plate on floor - 30 yards

20 Ruck swings

5 brickyard makers

5 8 count BB

10 ruck sit ups


REPEAT - NO STOPPING OR REST

He did 301 with a pause.

90 minutes straight - sucked!   With 40lb ruck on. 

10 x  2 push ups - 2 step ups - Tire Flip w 200lb tire

Bear Crawl 30 yards

TRX tied to 5 plates - forward push 15 years   Drag back / back row - 15 yards

Push 5 gallon water can 50 yards on ground

10 Ruck Swings

10 Ruck Thrusters

10 Overhead ruck squat

4 Ruck turkish Get ups

30 minutes DB super sets

30 min hiit workout

1 Min Handstand Hold
1 Min Burpees
1 Min Speed Skaters
1 Min sideways plank walk along agility ladder w push ups
1 min sit ups.
1 min rest. 

30 minutes more DB supersets and various stuff.

Total suckfest  - 90 minutes straight w 40lb ruck

Hand over hand rope pull/row w 50ft rope ties to 270lbs of kettlebells  x 2

Bear Crawl w 120 sandbag 100 feet

5 x Ruck squat curl overhead press

10 x overhead ruck squat

5 x 8 count bodybuilder

10 x ruck sit ups w overhead press

Sandbag and water can carry 100 feet to staircase. 

Up and down the stair case x 2

Backwards Bear Crawl up the stairs w ruck on. 

Up and down the stair case x 2

Backwards Bear Crawl up the stairs w ruck on.

Sandbag and water can carry 100 feet or so back to start point. 

Keep repeating. 




SSSUUCCCKKEEEED. 

And even worse - the gym had no hot water and shower water was freezing freaking ice cold.

This was a good one we did today.

All on assault bike.

The goal is to get 600 + calories in 60 minutes. BUT!

Every 4th minute you do 10 air squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps. Remaining time in the minute you can rest.

So its 15 x 4 minute sets - 3 minutes bike 1 minute 10 - 10 - 10

Quick and nasty.

The middle of my workout had the following:

With weighted 20lb vest:

5 giant sets no rest:

5 pull up
5 push press with 75% BW
5 box jump at 24".

I have no idea how you guys do all these pullups with 40lb rucks.  Props.

I was struggling after the third set.

My crew is taking it outside - we met at the parking lot - rucked and carried shit to the park about 12 minutes away - did boot camp type stuff for 60 minutes and rucked back with the weight. 

Is what it is till this craziness ends.

5 am at parking lot -

15 minutes up and down 7 flights of stairs

Murph - 100 burpees 200 push ups 300 squats

15 minutes up and down the stairs - each time at top of the stairs sprint across parking lot and back.

Got my crew assembled.  All wearing 40lb rucks.

We carried all my heavy sandbags and water cans to the park.  1 mile

Got to the park - did PT pyramids and ran bases at baseball diamond. 

Carried all the shit back to the parking lot 1 mile. 

Did 20 minutes of PT round robin.

My hearty crew this am - putting one in charge each day.  They all have GR Rucks and weight. 

One came up with the crappy idea - we have a 7 story garage -

Alternate bear crawls and run between each floor. 

Then we did ruck PT - giant circle.   20 feet apart of so. 

Shuttle runs mixed w lunges.

Finished up - ruck down 7 stories of the parking deck - sprint up 7 flights of stairs. 

Total 75 minutes.

60 minutes. 

20 sets 1.5 minutes on air bike - 1.5 minutes to do 10 push ups. 10 mountain climbers - 10 squat curl press w the 45.  10 rows w the 45 - 5 overhead press.  10 sit-ups.

Soaked - but got it done in the living room
