Sometimes I get people that tell me that I've gained a lot And I have others who say I haven't gained what I could have Gained So in your personal opinion, is my progress a good one? For an ectomorph gaining that much weight in 9 months is good. It's a sign training and diet/rest are balanced. You should keep what you are doing until you reach a sticking point. That means you need more protein and probably less sets, keeping training intensity high. There will be a time where you will stop progressing no matter what you change, diet/training/rest. It's your natural limit and will only be surpassed with hormones. Even on hormones you will still have to eat a lot and bust yourself in the gym. How big will you be only time will tell. Best regards. |
