Need opinions on my progress
(1/3) > >>
Ectomorph562:
So my name is Adrian
I am 21 years old
5'10"
148lbs
I'm an ectomorph
And have been training for 9months

I started off weighing 129
And right now I'm at 148lbs
I consume 3500 calories a day and
Train 5 days a week

Well basically my question is how well is my progress?
Sometimes I get people that tell me that I've gained a lot
And I have others who say I haven't gained what I could have Gained

So in your personal opinion, is my progress a good one?
Or am I missing something

I look way different, my arms are bigger
My chest and shoulders are bigger
And so are my legs
The only hard parts are my calves and forearms
PLEASE I need some input
I am scarred that I may never be huge :/

You look like absolute shit , I hope this helps.
Ectomorph562:
Well fuck you then, so much for positive input.

For an ectomorph gaining that much weight in 9 months is good. It's a sign training and diet/rest are balanced.
You should keep what you are doing until you reach a sticking point. That means you need more protein and probably less sets, keeping training intensity high.
There will be a time where you will stop progressing no matter what you change, diet/training/rest. It's your natural limit and will only be surpassed with hormones.
Even on hormones you will still have to eat a lot and bust yourself in the gym.

How big will you be only time will tell.

Best regards.

Thanks that helps a lot, it seems like for the past 2 months I've been at the same weight.
