Been out a few years, but a solid track in my opinion (up loud obviously)

I can't train with headphones on ad it drives me crazy, so im at the mercy if the gym....

I have a few cd's I like to play on the way to get me in the mood... Star guitar by the chemical bros was one of my favourites

At the min its royal blood, 3 or 4 songs of new album get the blood going
