How much are you taking? I took 2 grams yesterday and I literally had to crack me one off 7 times. Stuff definitely works.

Ditto! It turns out that I had a kilo of this shit in my "WTF supplements" box and tried it. Fucking NOTHING. I think that I might throw some other shit in my workout drink and see what happens.

pump'd by bentacourt nutrition,,,agmatine/glycerol and other stuff 'aminos'throw in extra arginine if needed/wanted

I think that I took 5g a day (the same as my creatine) and still didn't feel a fukken thing.

How many tablets would you recommend and how often?

Been following the noone-galenika protocols, and really built a lot of high performance tissue. I'm basically one cheat meal removed from pro size when I fill out all this tissue.
