Not sure if I downloaded this correctly...
   Has anyone seen anything like this where they live?
I'm currently living in Manhattan's lower east side near DUMBO and have yet to notice this but just looked it up on YouTube for shits and giggles. Would make sense considering the rapidly growing situations in today's news.
