i counted over twenty unanswered blows delivered to that useless copper. his partner was even more inept. they must be a laughing stock down at the station i swear, fat people have no business being in the police.

Well, a few reasons are.....

A.  This white dude didn't grab for their guns

B.  There were two cops and only one perp

C.  They were able to deploy teasers

D.  They weren't sitting in their cars and unable to defend themselves.

That lead to the most important difference of all....

E.  The cops did not have a reasonable fear that they would be killed if they didn't use deadly force.
