Fat back then, means probably fatter now. LOL, you powerlifters are pathetic. Keep ripping on Phil Heath too, with a physique like that it is understandable :D ;D

We're back to the whole bodybuilding-powerlifting-and-the-difference thing, are we?

You are actively becoming dumber and weaker.

Six.

Wanna keep going?

Powerlifters are delusional fat fuckers who look like shit, was my point, and you are yet another proof of that. You look like fucking shit, no wonder you are mad as hell at pro bodybuilders peddling protein powders.

I am not delusional. I am succeeding at becoming ever-stronger, without drugs.

Looking like "shit" is subjective.

Demonstrating absolute strength is not.

You are of modest intellect, at best. This is objective reasoning after reading one failed reply from you after another.

Now I just feel sad for you.

Bye.

You have failed to disprove my point that powerlifters are delusional fat fucks. Because you are delusional and you are fat.

He looks like a truck driver, no muscle shape or conditioning whatsoever. It makes me shake my head. Powerlifters are such clueless shitbags.

He dieted down once and looked real kick ass. I was real surprised how he transformed himself.

He's had both his shoulders replaced too as a testament to how healthy powerlifting is

Since he can't powerlift any more I don't know why he's posting vids of him doing yoke squats with chains and other ego lifting nonsense, he has ten year max before that joint wears out with normal use, the retard stuff will cut that lifespan in half

Notice that Coleman still attracts the schmoes and he needs that muscle money as he has hungry mouths to feed.

Exhibit A : Schmoe 1 tries forlornly to attract the gorilla-like muscleman by submitting to him and showing him his ass..

Exhibit B: This second schmoe,  confronted with such levels of ebony muscle mass and new hips, cannot contain his excitement and fondles himself as the former serial Mr O winner makes intense, ape-like grunting noises...

You wonder?

I wonder why you're so fucking stupid. He's Ronnie Coleman! Do you know who he is?

Aint that the truth.....Vince got the last laugh though, still looks great.

Yes, they guy was smart. Stimulate the muscle and let the drugs and genetics do the rest.

Ronnie may have won the mr olympia but to me there where several bodybuilders during the 90s who where better than him.

Vince is on my top 5 list of all time.

I totally agree with you... Isn't what bodybuilding is all about? Always respect for the hardcorers, but by no means they are better or superior compared to guys who approached this discipline differently, deciding to avoid becoming train wrecks...

Yes, to me that is what bodybuilding is about. Moderate weight 80s style bodybuilding pump training, no massive bulking or ego joint lifting.

Benfatto, Nubret, Padilla, Vince Taylor, Thierry Pastel etc all these guys understood what bodybuilding was about. And they look(ed) good in their 50s too. Ronnie looks like a mess and I was never a fan of his structure (specially ab structure).

Paul Dillet blew him right out of the water during the 90s.

Oops, prepare your helmet for the Coleman Army... A bodybuilder is legit only if he trains "hard" and is a half-powerlifter, don't you know? GH15 really did a disservice in this regard...

They can fuck themselves. Many bodybuilders where better than Ronnie. The early and mid 90s versions of Levrone, Dillet, Flex, Taylor, Clairmonte (and a few others) where better than Ronnie. I have seen them ALL live.

Dillet is the most freaky bodybuilder I have ever seen.

like none of us will be obsessed with training when we get to ronnies age ::)

sad when fans believe their heroes are more than people, because they have the same shity narcissistic brain we have and we will all be self obsessed till the day we die

only difference is in the lifestyle

but doesnt o'hearn train hard as well

that's what I'm saying

he always trained as heavy just as Ronnie. maybe 10-15% less weight but never the less heavy.

Ronnie probably trained more balistic and with worse form though

Early 90s was the pinnacle of bodybuilding, perfect blend of mass, aesthetic and conditioning, unmatched genetic pool... Coleman actually looked much better in those years compared to his 00s bloated form... Clairmonte, really a forgotten underrated phenomenal physique, far better than everyone on stage today... Agreed about Dillett of course, we would never see someone like him again, alien...
